Nut size risers

Nut size risers

I want to remove the risers and of course i dont have the right wrench, usually borrow one from my friend (he's gone for the week) so i'm going to buy one but not sure of the nut size I think it's 32mm am I right???
It's no 13 in the pic.

Not sure, but be mindful....wires are in there.
