batt re position

I cant buy a 'FB' lead acid batt anymore, all I can get is a Maintenace free job for 1400 baht 30 to the dolar.
So I got to change the basket again. Thing is my batt was moved to just behind the rear carb years ago. I took the basket/ batt holder out yesterday and started to make a new one.
Not that simple,-- I also changed my fuse box location which was on the side of the basket so I got to re site that. But that is not so simple as I had the start sol next to that as close the the starter as I could get and close to the batt.
So with original batt box off( under the bike) and my batt box off ,-- fuse box out and solenoid out have a huge hole just behind the rear carb.
I have also adjusted the rear mudguard with a wrecking bar just pushing the curve to that of a flat ( I am fighting for mm here)
