Looking inter getting an after market seat for my 96 vs1400.

Looking at either a Corbin or Mustang. Leaning more towards the Corbin due to the fact the use leather in the seating area instead of vinyl.

Any recommendations on seats, either these or something else?

Thanks in advanced.

Eric

Mustang seats are a lot more comfortable than stock for long rides.

I've tried Mustang and Corbin on my 1400 and the Corbin looks the best. I sit back a little more on the Corbin so my legs stretch out more so with the forward controls it feels like I'm riding a chopper. But i have a bad back and when I tried to do the 100 mile ride to family property on the Gulf Coast from my house just north of Orlando I have to take rest stops. With the Mustang seat I can ride straight through with no problems but I sit closer to the tank. Mustang is definitely better if riding two up.ImageImage

Thank you for the comparison between the Corbin and Mustang.

I have a Corbin....it's sits fine for long trips...but I do appreciate having highway pegs, for it sits me straight up.

I had a Mustang and it was great. I also combined it with a Protac backrest and It was a great combination for me with my spinal issues.

Corbin because they build them to fit you.
Any color
Leather or a dozen other materials
You can ride 1000 miles and take it back for adjustments.
My Corbin seat is the best I ever had.
They are more comfortable than a new s83 bulivard seat.
