I've seen that one before, but it's always fun to watch that one. When I took the motorcycle safety training course, they taught us skills I see he was using.
You notice he wasn't leaning on the bike, was looking where he wanted to go and not at the ground in front of him and also didn't go at it at a crawl. I know they were timing him, but going slow makes it harder to do. It's a skill that takes practice and knowing your bike well. A high level of confidence also helps a lot.
