If you guys and gals can get a hold of some good boudin...try this simple recipe
It's awesome...

Boudin Dip
Ingredients:
1 lbs of Boudin removed from the casing
8oz cream cheese
8oz sour cream

Directions:

Mix boudin, cream cheese, and sour cream together in a microwaveable

bowl.
Put in microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.
Take out and stir, put back in microwave for 2minutes high heat.
Take back out..Stir real well, and serve with chips or crackers.
This stuff is awesome!

It is most often made in to sausages. It is white meat normally lamb or pork, rice, onion and spices
