Hello everyone from Southern Ontario Canada.

I rode years ago on a 750 Shadow and life and kids got in the way so I sold it. A couple of months ago I started getting the itch again and started looking. I was set on shaft drive and didn't like the blockiness of the shadow or similar bikes of that style so I settled on looking at the Intruder\S50 (love the retro look) Then I found what I think was a good deal a 2001 VS800 19,000km (12,000miles) Ended up driving it everything looked and sounded good so I bought it. Bike came with straight pipes on the bike, the stock pipes, windscreen, saddle bags, stock seats, aftermarket seats and light bar. So far I'm pretty happy with it. I might have some questions as i go, but i will be sure to search the form before posting.
