If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

I had a VX800 several years ago. Really enjoyed that bike. it ended up wrecked by a friend of my son's. I've considered picking up another, but have held off because of the lack of availability of parts. Only 3 years of production here in the states make them pretty rare. There's on for sale in Raleigh which has a nice aftermarket half fairing and bags. I'm really tempted!

I like the VX. Been looking for one over here but they are pretty thin on the ground now. I did get a Vstrom so at least I am back in the Suzuki v twin fold.
