New member, Old ride

Hello, everyone!

About two years ago, my mom finally broke down to my endless request to buy her motorcycle. BUT she didn't sell it to me, she gave it to me as a Christmas present ha!

The motorcycle is an '93 intruder 800. she has had it since I was about nine years old, so there is a lot of sentimental value for me. it set in her garage for about fourteen years after we moved way out into the country, then I got it. I've rebuilt the carbs, replaced all the fuel lines, and changed every drop of fluid on this thing. just installed a new front tire yesterday and she is riding like a dream. except for one thing. I can't get the clutch to function properly after about fifteen miles, it's like the pressure isn't being fully released from the SC. I installed a brand new clutch set and springs ( thanks to this forum ) rebuilt the MC and SC. flushed all the old brake fluid out of it and bled with DOT 4. so far I just keep an 8mm wrench on me and some fluid. but this is getting annoying quick, as you can imagine!

A little about me. I was an automotive tech for two years, before switching to Diesel tech ( more money, more problems!) and have been doing that for 5years now. I refuse to let anyone work on my stuff and have learned a lot along the way on this motorcycle, with a big help from y'all

enough talking from me. here are some pictures of Roxy ( momma named her haha)

Welcome,
You likely have a small piece of debris blocking the small hole (return) in the floor of the master cylinder.
The old rubber hose is possibly degraded and shedding rubber.
Post this in the tech section and get some more feedback.
