Highway Hawk 5 Gallon Fuel Tank

Post by Polkahero »

Going to post this on here first as an experiment to see if I get notifications from this website. Just pulled a super rare Highway Hawk 5 gallon fuel tank from an '01 VS1400. Tank weighs 22 pounds, it's very heavy duty. Right portion was relined properly but the left portion was Kreemed unproperly so it's peeling off inside and will have to be stripped, derusted, and relined with a better product.

This is an unobtainium part which makes it difficult to price. If you're interested let me know and maybe we can work out a deal. PM or email for additional pics.

If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.
