Slash-Cut Tips have some chrome flaking but pipes are in pretty good condition aside from some discoloration which should be remedied with good polish.

No, they won't. Mount points and head pipe size are different.

What he said. May be possible to modify length and use exhaust pipe reducers to fit but it's a gamble since I'm unsure at the moment where the vs700 headers end. vs1400 headers are not the same length therefore the slip-ons are not the same length before mounting tabs.
