SOLD: Bell RS-1 Helmet for sale

I bought this helmet in 2014 to take on the Alaska trip. I only ended up wearing it 2 or 3 times because I always wear my half helmet. So this thing spent most of it's life in a bag and is in perfect new condition. It has the original clear shield that came with it and the transitional lens that darkens in sun light. With the lens it's a $500 set up. I'd like to get $175 in case someone is interested. Size is XXL...

I gotta tell ya, I'm very tempted. While the helmet can be purchased brand new for about half of what you paid, actually a little less than half, the shield is still $140 new. I just can't justify the purchase right now since I recently bought a modular helmet.

Which by the way, I absolutely hate! Love the color, but the dang face shield will not remain in the open position when riding.

If you still have this in a few weeks, I may hit ya up.

The few times I used it, it was great. You can flip the shield up all the way, just a crack or anything in between. That gives it excellent air control while riding. The transition lens works really well. I still wore my sunglass during the day. The one time I wore it at night it was crystal clear, almost like the world was in hi-def...

The Helmet arrived today And I must say it is in as Near new condition I almost dont want to use it . And that brings me to another point It fits perfectly So I must have a big head

Nice when a deal goes right and two happy people .I try helmets on before a buy anymore.Two I ordered did not fit well years ago.Found they are some what like jeans.You may get them off and on ok but runs can be off a little and maybe the foam or other liner parts are not 100% alike in run to run? Have found a few large that fit good but most the time its a X-L that feels the best.Most my friends wear a X-L all so.
