WANTED:: stock clutch master cylinder for 1400

Post by Aaron1085 »

Found out the main issue with my clutch issues looks to be my clutch master, I got cheap amazon things on the bike right now, and it already needs to be replaced or rebuilt. So, I'm just tossing this out there because I'd love to get stock controls back on. i have a great shape brake master and want to match it with a good clutch master...Thanks in advance.

Not cheap but if you need one.

Ebay has some too.
If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

Uh, he needs the clutch master.

I bought a gas tank for a dirt bike. Item was reasonably priced, exactly as advertised and arrived in good time for the next weekend riding.

I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

Also check the area you are in for motorcycle salvage yards. There might be one form a wrecked bike that would only need a rebuild.

If you are getting a used one buy and rebuild kit so you can replace all of the rubber seals before you struggle with getting the air out of the lines. The rebuild kits normally run about $25 and it is worth every penny.

It's not that I can't afford a new one but the price for them is stupid. I am following a couple on eBay atm, but I did get her back on the road as I wrote on my other post in bike talk. I check local every week looking for one, I will eventually find one. I put this post up for feelers.
