Hey Administrators!!!

Not sure who to PM but I just received a comment on my YouTube channel from Jeffco. He says he is locked out of IA and he can't sign in. Also he said he tried emailing the administrators but no one answers.
He's not sure if you all banned him or what.
Assistance?

Alright, so I didn't find anything amiss with his login and he hasn't been banned (I don't know why he would be anyway). So, hmm..He might be having a problem with his browsers saved password?
Try re-entering his password to see. If he gets on, re-save the password.
If nothing else is working, he can reapply for a new login.
