Intruders-Alert

Well, they've been gone for over a year now, without even a hint if they will come back or not. I think they just threw in the shovel the last time the site failed. IsA has been around for over two years now, pretty much with out fail. Their higher ups, may have just thought,if the want it that bad, lets let them have it. I'm sure it was quit a lot of work for them to try to recover the database every time it took a dump like that. This placed was designed as a temporary stopover for the members there, to still have a place to play when these sorts of problems. It's turned into something larger since then.

I liked IA they were nice guys---they banned me twice I think which is not much in comparison to other forums. I feel happy here though and making new friends daily.

Agree that a laugh or two is main reason I come to this place.If some one really makes me mad tell my self its just the internet! May stir things a little then lay back and enjoy.Farmer Pat on the purple was so good at that.

it appeared to me that the quality of discussion had deteriorated, and, along with whatever technical problems were encountered in keeping IA up, i just guessed it wasn't worth keeping the "shop" open.

anyhow, i don't "do" forums much anymore, but will drop in here at least to say hi and renew acquaintances.

i'm still on a suzuki (2015 v-strom 650)...does that count for anything?? LOL

This is frodo...I'm still alive! I sold the BOLT and bought another C-50 (red one) I really like it cause I'm pushing 80 now and a C-50 "slug" is the perfect bike for me...Thanks for thinking of me, you guys are still great... [emoji106]

Hello to you Navigator, Yup you got it, I'm still on the Guinness better known as the "nectar of the Gods." Do any of you old timers ever get together anymore? I still ride a lot but mostly short rides but I'm dying to stretch one out.

frodo is back Don I am making a good try at catching you.Was 71 last week. [emoji2] I still ride every day,like dope to me Still got my 08 C50.Have put over 30,000 trouble free miles on it since the 6,000 on it when I got it. Ride the Vstrom and RoadStar more than it. She's great brother. Thank you for asking. She's a trip and always makes me smile.

My kid would pass for 40 but is 50 now.She rode lots of miles with me when in grade school.I love kids.

This is to all you guys! If you see a red C-50 with a "BOLT 3" license plate, it's me. I kept the old plate on when I traded in my BOLT. I have to admit that with all the bragging I did about the BOLT it's suspension was the best thing that ever happened to my Chiropractor if ya know what I mean...Oh I forgot to say, this is frodo [emoji106]

Back in 2004 when I picked up my new 1400 I loved riding it around town and stuff...love the "retro" cruiser look to it.

Until I put it on a long road trip a couple days from home. As SOON as I got back, I bought a new GoldWing. I don't think I could feel my ass or my knees for weeks. LOL


Kept the Intruder for a couple months and sold it.
