I'm heading out next week to meet up with Frank and Angie. We're heading back up to Pigeon Ford to visit the places we couldn't last year due to the 3 days spent locked up in a casino because it was non-stop monsoon season.

Plan to be in the Robinsville area, wrap around the very southwestern tip of Virginia and probably into Tennessee.


If anyone is in the area, make sure you say "Hello!".

I've just bought my MotoGP ticket for the Oz round at Phillip Island in October so I'm looking forward to 2 weeks on the bike with the boys. Last time I did that was on the LC in 2012.

I ride and many others of my group of friends saddle up EVERY Saturday.. several weekend trips to other states... throw in a few HOG Rallies and the occasional Retiree rides on Friday's and several Patriot Guard funeral rides which all add up to about 9 grand of traveled miles every year...

I suggest in the future when you address the many active members of this web site you make your opening statement as

Since "Some" of you don't ride anymore

We rode yesterday.. weather was perfect..84 degrees...sunny skies...
Monthly HOG post meeting ride.. late start 11am...9 riders and two grandkids along for the ride.

How presumptuous..
I just rode a 2000 mile loop through NY, PA, WV, and OH to do the Windy Nine in Athens OH.
Then I spent 3 days riding around Americade and the Adirondack mountains.
Next week a ride thru NY, VT, and NH to Laconia, probably a side trip or two to ME.
Many local day trips with friends locally.
I'll probably need new tires soon.
