Re: site problem
I know what the problem is and will have it solved soon. You can thank me when everything is back to normal.

Working good. Thanks.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

Re: site problem
Yep. It was actually an easy fix. Hard to explain in tech terms. But, the bickerers may return to their bickerering and blame them for any future problems.

We won't say that they did it, but we will blame them anyway.

It's because you're standing upside down.
If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

Wouldn't that cause you to fall off the bottom? Is it flat down there or do you have hills? Can you see up through the ocean? Did you just see a small Submarine fall out of your side?

When I first joined the MC the aircraft maintenance was tracked with a 5 part form called a MAF ( maintenance action form). In the late 80s and early 90s they were trying to go completely paperless with a computer system.
The system seemed to be working so one unit was chosen to be the first to go paperless. Well, the system would sometimes crash and it woould take up to 2 hours to get it back up.
Maintenance Control had a big window that looked out on the hanger bay. One day the system crashed when the unit was in the middle of a combined arms exercise and they couldn't bring up the information they needed to get the planes certified safe for flight.
The Squadron Maintenance Officer, a Major (04), grabbed the monitor and threw it though the window onto the hanger deck and sent the Expediter to the squadron next door to get some MAFs.
BTW, That was the last unit in the MC to go paperless whe thye finally got a system that is reliable (enough?).
