I miss the good ole days

Post by Tbeck »

Back when I first began street riding and more importantly distance motorcycle riding, people were more respectful around your motorcycle. Maybe fear is a better way to put it.
I remember rolling into roadside rest areas and mother's scooping up there children and headed for safety. You never had to worry about someone touching your bike let alone play around with it or worse, sit on it.
Now day's you are just as likely to return to your bike and find someone way too close, or sitting their kid on it, etc...
I sure do miss those good ole days when people were too afraid to get within 20' of your bike.

If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

That one would fit in the "Humor" thread.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

Years back I had a sticker on the back of my half helmet that read "I'll let you ride my bike if you'll let me f^$k your wife"

There were no takers! :lmao:
