I know, I just think that one was clean. Really pops. Though I do prefer the eagle, I don't think he can make the eagle pop like that.tc1400 wrote:Thought we were doing the eagles instead of the old logo.

Been trying different fonts on my other idea, and this is what I got.

Here's another suggestion. If anyone is good at photoshop, maybe photoshop out the Suzuki on the shorts, & put in Intruders on one cheek, & Alert on the other. Probably crop the picture in tight as well.

Re: The board needs an icon
Okay fellas, it's time to wind this up. Ya'll got 'till next weekend and then this thread is gonna be locked. Make sure you have your final entries in by then and please make note that it is your final entry on your post. There's a lot of posts with entries on them and all are going to get a shot at it. Those that haven't submitted anything except what they have, are considered their final entry.
So this is your last chance to get 'er done.
Everyone has been fantastic with submitting something, or even several things and the work you all have put in is truly greatly appreciated by all here. Your work is going to help define the board and we'll have a face to show on the default home page and all the prosilver style pages. You are all commended for your efforts and your participation with this.
I personally have my hat off to all of you and give my dear thanks for helping to make this board a place that is truly something special.

Re: The board needs an icon
One more time to see what everyone thinks. Like sticking with the eagle, like the shadowing Jolsen added to to original Intruder concept, but I think we need to differentiate ourselves from the other site, which is why I like the chopper I found. Show new members what their bikes can be, if they so choose. (Be happy to incorporate Designer's, mark_n_tx's, HeavyMetal's, etc with their permission) Took all Sunday, but I found the Suzuki logo font. Anymore criticisms before I call it quits?

You guys hash it out, remember all entries are going up for vote that are noted as final entries as I've stated above. If I don't know what your FINAL entry is, then the LAST entry you submit will be the one that goes up for the vote! Make sure you get it right.

Re: The board needs an icon
Why does it have to be a 1400 and not an 800? It really doesn't matter what size of bike you use I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

Will someone PLEASE shoot John? Everyone knows the 1400 is THE RULE of the intruder line. All others are either girlie bikes or led sleds.

If I decide to use an 800, it's gonna be this one.
Just having a hard time cropping out the backround to make it look clean.

I don't see either of the ones saying we need a logo right now putting their creative hats in the ring. Just sayin.

ddogg, just pull your bike around to where the bricks aren't behind it.ddog6900 wrote:If I decide to use an 800, it's gonna be this one.

I would love to have a chopped bike in the logo, but since I ain't creatin' a dog to run in this race, I'll just keep my mouth shut.
Just sayin'
Looking forward to the final vote starting end of this week / weekend. Thanks everyone, I'm seeing some cool logos. Whatever we decide on is gonna be cool.

Kinda thought that got disqualified, considering Yo mentioned that isn't the professional look we want for the site. But, if we're going for naked lady silhouette, I think I can come up with something much better.98VS1400 wrote:That's because you have to go back about 39 pages in this thread to find my submission. Definitely thinking it needs to be a chopper. Especially after I found this image.
Really digging the direction I'm headed with this.

Re: The board needs an icon
Looks good, but we're not representing an 'American Chopper' look. Most subscribers will have the stock appearance to their ride. My final submission (just a few tweaks). Was sort of leaning on the red 'S' symbol from the get-go because it's clean and pops, IMHO.
