You have your work cut out (haha) for ya. I don't envy your tasks, but when you get 'er done, you'll be better off and that sense of accomplishment will do you some good too.

See ya when you get back and watch out for them Black Widows.

Oh no kidding, those are the worst. They can cause amputations to be necessary, or so I've heard. Throw a bug bomb under there, that'll probably clear them out. It certainly couldn't hurt anyway.

Had a yellow jacket nest in the yard. Lit it up with gasoline. They dead now. A few strays that came home after the mayhem are mad, but going somewhere else to make a nest. Tomorrow helping significant other with some paperwork and then Tuesday getting a physical. "Please turn your head and cough" Yes, that kind. Ugggh!

And worse, I gotta get my GP to refer me for a colonoscopy. My 50th birthday present from my Significant Other. Thoughtful she is.

Oh now that's almost funny. I come home from work last Friday and there's a letter in the mail from Kaiser. I open it up and it says something to the effect of; Hey! It's time for your yearly (some crazy test) for (somecrazythingIneverheardof) and within the next two weeks you'll be receiving your kit in the mail. All you need to do is follow the instructions (included inside the kit) and send us your poopie back and we'll test it. So basically, they want me to send shit through the mail. Is that legal?

Oh I can't wait to see what's inside the kit. I'm planning a thoughtful dinner for this one.

At 40 if you are inclined or the Dr insists, you can do a sigmoidoscopy, but come 50, it seems they want to get the extra long scope and go all the way up. Before 50 though the only rationale is that something is suspected.

Didn't have to turn head and cough or bend over and spread. Turns out it's old hat. Tells how long since I had a physical too.
