Since you put it that way I guess there are pros and cons to getting old. I just thought the pro was I got to wear my underwear another day without changing. Most days that is. :lmao: The con was the day I had to change twice in one day. :lolfall:

YOU GET TO MEET A WHOLE NEW GROUP OF PEOPLE ..... DOCTORS

AND ADD MORE WORDS TO YOUR VOCABULARY ..... AILMENTS AND MEDICINES
Luck & Experience:
You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck

1. It doesn't matter what day it is........ because it's always Saturday

2. Looking for your glasses that you misplaced helps you find everything else you misplaced.

3. I wake up in a different room every day now.

4. I have more good memories now more than ever before...rather than the bad ones.

5. I don't mind being called Pops...many have gone before me and were denied that privilege.

6. I appreciate more now a good tussle in the sheets with my sweet wife and life long friend.

7. I can do and say what I damn well please now.....don't have to worry anymore not offending anyone...fouck 'em if they can't take a joke.

8. I've always wanted to read a woman's mind [emoji2] ...well now I can..I have a 99% predictability of what my sweet wife will do next.

9. I tell my wife " I love you" ...... every day.....it's almost a contest now which one tells the other one first.

10. Meeting and associating with old friends is so much fun...and then going for a ride [emoji106]

And the best part of being old is......drum roll please [emoji106]

Yes, there is an app for that! If you don't know what an "app" is, YOU ARE OLD!
That app has nothing to do with being old... pro or con. Just hope and pray you get to be as old as some of us and then you can say whatever you wish when you wish to whoever you wish.

I know what an app is. When I go out to Denny's for dinner at 4 pm, I order them before the entree. So there. :fu:

I almost said the exact same thing about you in the other thread! I guess I have acquired a little wisdom though.

I'm working on being nicer lately. It's hard though. :lolfall:

People don't seem to like the stressed out Mr Hyde I tend to become. I just hate being fake. :hellfire:

98VS1400 wrote:No need to be fake. The uniqueness of people is what makes life fun. You just need to acquire a filter! Or, some diplomacy when telling people to piss off.

If you were Irish, I'd remind you of the old definition of Irish Diplomacy: Telling someone to go to Hell in such a way they look forward to making the trip.
Part Irish, part lots of other nationalities. Most of which are known to be heavy drinkers, so I guess I'm lucky I'm not.

So, if I can be this bad when I'm not drinking, just imagine the other side.

Grace is a quality I don't possess. I'm like Godzilla trying to perform ballet.
