She reminded me I was at least home this year.

I was gone to Texas, 3-4 years in a row, to DS&T Rally.
Back in the day when we had them. Around 9-14.
It always fell on this day.

John why don't you tell the new guys, about your room mate in Texas
that year. Some feet in the air, you walked in on? I think I remember that.

Hell Mike a lot of people can't say they made 48 years with the same woman much less being married to her. But then I would say you being gone so much has something to do with you and her lasting that long.

My room mate at DS&T in '06 locked the door while she did ... whatever she did. I had to sit outside until they finally let me in (4 hrs later). I just crawled into My bed and said continue as if I'm not here and they did.

I got into some problems with her at NC Rally. The Texas guy, you saw, told her he would buy
the room and bring a bike to NC. He bailed and said he was not coming. She called my cell
about 100 miles before I got to NC. Said she was on the way, but now had no room, or bike to
ride. OK so why call me? She asked if my wife was with me, I said no. She said OK I will room with you!
I said I don't think so. Why she said I roomed with John in Texas. I knew your story.,

I paid over $200 for her a room in the Lodge, they had a room someone canceled. I said my bike 98 800.
could not ride two. So she went around a begged a ride from some solo men bikers. Made a big deal of
asking everyone. One guy almost turned bike over when she mounted before he said ok. So I had to explain
the added charges on my card. I had to solve her problem. Nice lady but on the wild side.

Mike, she paid for my room. [emoji2] [space] It seems she played the scratch off lottery and won enough to pay for the room. If you remember she rode with Bull at DS&T '06 and caused him to drop his bike twice because she didn't know to ask if he was ready for her to get on or off. She is a mess or maybe an accident looking for a place to happen.
