Can an attorney get sued for filing a frivolous law suit? Maybe it's time to try that one. :uhh:

Well, it seems that anyone can sue anyone for anything these days. It doesn't mean you will win and winning doesn't mean you will collect any money. What the states should do is band together and create a "looser pays both parties lawyer fees" legislation. I bet that would shut off a lot of these apparently frivolous suits.
