If you had to go some where. Panama is not to bad a place to retire.
Here is a guy riding his bike telling about retirement in Panama, and
what a Retired person gets when he has a Pensioner's Card.

$800 will get you a home w/all utilities some cheaper.
Homes do not have heat or air, in Boquete, Panama.
About 3000 ft. up above, David, Panama, in Western
part of Panama. 75 daytime, 66 night time temps.
365 days a year.

Most experienced travelers agree. I can show you shit in Las vegas or any where else. You designer have no experience at all of travelling apart from a trip to mexico for 2 weeks with your mum who probably knitted you a swimming costume.

Visas, property ownership, residence, health care, all way above your knowledge and understanding. Why do you talk about things you know nothing about, you are just a worm living in a hole.

I think I have the wife talked into a vacation to Boquete.

Might stay a month. It is not perfect. But nice weather and nice
town.
