The answer given to the second question must be wrong because I remember ol' tbeck from the defunct IA board interjecting many times in discussions of the constitution that it was not meant to be interpreted and needed none. It was one of his pet peeves. [emoji2]

Two, maybe three of the questions were good constitution questions, but some were more like trivia, in my opinion. I didn't do well.

I thought it was the judicial branch of government that interpreted the constitution.....evidently I was mistaken [emoji2]

Same with me, I saw the judicial answer and failed to read the rest though I'm not sure I wouldn't have still gone with my first answer. I remember telling this one young smart ass that eventually became a supervisor, every time I heard him say "I interpret this to mean" I knew he was trying to worm his way around doing things they way were supposed to be done. Funny thing is he quit using his favorite catch phrase after that.
