For my resolution again this year ...

Post by tabasco »

... I will resolve to drink beer every day during 2017. What the hell, I made it for 2014, 2015 and so far 2016.

Wish me luck.

For years I have been limiting myself to 2 beers a day. I will continue to maintain this limit.

Right now I am up to March of 2038.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

I'm thinking about resolving to stop mowing my grass. The wife has been complaining that I can't mow without first picking up a six-pack. Anything to keep the little woman happy. [emoji106]

No vows, no plans set in stone. Just wanna wake up every morning and when I do wake up just wanna go out and do some good.

Mayhaps you should do some good by mowing SuzyRidr2's lawn, and helping him with that 6 pack.

I don't meddle in married folks affairs, could end up both of them mad at me.

I seem to have lost my taste for beer or any other alcohol. Oh, I'll still have 1 or 2 with a friend sometimes if offered  , but that only happens occasionally these days (they're getting used to my " no thanks" replies). This troubles me 'cause I'd been thinking I was an alcoholic & I hate deluding myself  . Never did like drinking past point of a light buzz (though that happened a lot). Most of my friends drink a lot, but I don't really like hanging with 'em after they've been drinking awhile :bang: . Guess an addiction is what you make of it? I have somehow lost the habit. I'm OK with that. [emoji106]

Over the last couple of years I have become a bit of a beer snob. Not too bad but I pretty much stick to the craft beers. That said, I may not drink beer every day but try a new beer every couple of weeks or 1 month. Sounds like a good resolution to me.
