I feel safe because we live over 25 miles from the nearest gas station and grocery store so no traffic out here ever.

Back in my Sociology Social Issues class studies showed that in the event of Armageddon situation the city the size of St. Louis could die out within two weeks. Those that have ability of grow food would be at an advantage. Plus weapons to protect it would be a bonus.

Most grocery stores will be empty in under 3 days via normal buying and stocking.

Yep. Most stores get deliveries 2-3 times a week of each product. Some stores I would deliver coca cola to every day 4-7 pallets worth.
