New seat for the zg1200?

Post by Jolsen »

The current seat was made by diamond. I don't know if they are even in business anymore. The foam is pretty much broke down. I am thinking about recovering and new foam. Or buy a new seat. Not sure what my best option is here.

Recovering would be cheaper. Plus, as a bonus, you get to pick your materials.

Sent from my Nexus 5. Don't worry iPhone, you'll get here, someday.

If I recover I currently have a cloth top. It is nice and cool for summer ridding. It was recovered 15 years ago. Anyone know of a durable water proof cloth that would offer the breathable characteristics of my velvet top?
