Took 2 semesters of Weather Forecasting in college. Loved it! I never knew how cool the weather forecasters have it! For our final we had to construct a weather forecast like the news guys. Used the computer and this cool software (which is now outdated) with the green screen. Learned a ton about the weather but, unfortunately, never really kept up with it.
There will be a time where you will no longer be able to use, "But...I didn't know!", as an excuse. And if you're exiled from society, well, you were warned.

If I pay for the airport then why do they get to act like its a private establishment?

Yeah that is comparing apples to oranges. If I paid for the airport then why must I pay to park while doing business at the airport?

I'm not talking about using stuff for unintended purposes. A parking structure is for parking. I can understand rules to avoid misuse. But if I paid for the place I should be able to park just to pick up someone without paying 10 more dollars.

Yes but I still have to pay in. My deductions usually mean I get almost all of it back. Per diem alone is $58 per day away from home without receipts.
