OMG 2018

Post by PCC »

For those that do not get to the Event & Rides Section...

"OMG" Ozark Mountains Gathering 2018

Oops looks like a kink in setting the dates of OMG 2018.
We thought the dates were good but when Debbie & Randall checked their reservation book which was actually back at the hotel it was discovered the June 13 -17 was booked up by another group.

So it looks like we will go with June 20 - 24, 2018.

Sorry for the confusion...

We had a blast in OMG 2017

Allow me, young lady, to be one of the first to commit! There, you have it.

Damn, with RK committing to this event already I'm going to have to try harder to be there next year. Just don't anyone cross their fingers or hold their breath as I have tried to make it many a times and things come up. :bang:

Gonna be a long winter, John. If we survive it, we’ll be there. I think Yo will be there. And Sgt. Keith. And everybody.

Like I said, I've made plans to attend many a time and something always comes up. So I'll just put some money away and hope and pray nothing happens between now and then. Most of the people that will be there I have wanted to meet face to face anyway and that only makes it more interesting of an event to attend. [emoji106] [space] :XmasTree:

Have to check the calendar, but I might be done for the year by then. If so I will pack up the bike.

You ain’t got a hair on your ass if you don’t go. Plenty of time to plan. A posse of NE riders arrive together at The Hub?

My riding buddy works offshore and needs to know a definite date...

Could someone please pin this thread.....although it's a few months off...it should stay in plain view...
Thanks in advance

PCC......maybe make a thread in the Rides section....Trails and Tails???

Has a decision been made whether to change the venue or push it back a week??? Which one is it?

Sorry for the confusion while I researched the best options...

I think for the best time we will stay with The Hub. [emoji106]
It is a great place that allows us privacy, guest to bring their pets, basic camping with shower & bathroom privileges, as well as motel room options. They do have an on site restaurant and all around great hospitality.

Dates are June 20th - 24th. 2018.

Is it true that the HUB is closing down and how will this affect OMG 2018?

The Hub Motorcycle Resort

..
There is an old saying that all good things must come to an end; it is with a heavy heart that we confirm that the HUB Motorcycle Resort and Scooters Restaurant are now closed and will not be reopening. Randal and I want to convey our love and appreciation to all of our loyal friends and customers, and employees, some who have been with us all 12 years that we have been open. What a wonderful journey this has been! We will always cherish the memories that we have, the lifetime friendships we have made. But the time has come for us to take some time for ourselves, to get out and ride and do some of the things we have always wanted to do. Who knows, you may see us around in your neighborhood sometime next year!
