WE RODE YESTERDAY YIPEEE

Post by Suzuki Johnny »

First ride after hurricane Laura hit our city..... trick was to dodge all the "still in the streets debris" which wasn't all that bad
10 bikes make the ride and 12 people...
It was sooooo wonderful and satisfying to finally get in the wind again...words fall way short trying to describe the feelings I had during the ride.
Several others made the same comments... weather was perfect...left town at 9am with sunny skies and the temp at 59 degrees, rode to a distant city (Eunice, La ) about 145 miles to and from... we were home for 2 pm and I went straight to the kitchen and prepared a Cajun delight gumbo , okra, sausage, tasso and boneless chicken breast cut to bite size portions.... Life is good in Cajun Land once again
