Thanks y'all. I'm fond of my bike, but I was really surprised at the win. A custom flamed out S&D Harley took 2nd, 3rd went to a 74 Triumph, and Best in Show went to a vintage BSE. There were several Harleys that were straight up nice bikes and a fully restored 75 Yamaha D350. Correction on my statement of 2 imports. Should read 2 Japanese imports. Other than those, the BSE, and the Triumph, the rest were Harleys.

were they judges that choose the winners or was in a popular vote vote?
I've always opted out for the popular vote..too many judges show unfair bias towards certain makes or models...
All bikes should be judged on their appearance and not the name on the tank [emoji106]
But there is always that one time where it backfires and the crowd may not know diddly squat about motorcycles ..The foremost prize is "Best of Show" and not something out of a space novel...
But your bike won fair and square...and that's all that counts in my book.. [emoji106]

Congrats on the win. I have always loved that color and wish my bike was that color, but alas it is a lowly 800.
