Mounting saddlebags
My 02 800.how do you put saddlebags on it.i dont see any holes to bolt brackets to.i guess drill holes myself?
Owner of 2002 intruder. Not volusia. Mine has the good engine design.

Are you using saddlebag brackets? OEM brackets bolt inside the fender.
I use the upper shock mount for the front, and remove the rear chrome cap from the pillon bar to expose a bolt hole to use for the rear.
