Looking for a plug and play replacement rear 1157 red led running/brake light.
There are too many options, I want to know exactly which one you used and what you think.

Re: Led red 1157
Rear is 1156 not 57
I used Phillips cause they were available locally. $20 for the pair. Extremely bright and work well on their side as turn signals are. The cheaper eBay ones do not do as well in that regard.

I remember using 2057 or 2357 bulbs on old cars years ago. The running light was the same brightness but the brake light was much brighter. Don't know if they're still available. If I recall correctly the life of the bulb was not as long.

You are correct and I have done the same in the past, but this time I want to switch to LEDsNE_FL wrote:I remember using 2057 or 2357 bulbs on old cars years ago. I like these.... price is not bad and they are really bright.
Here is the 1156 version for your turn signals
Both are in red so you can use smoke or clear lenses.
