1400 Bobber Build

95 Suzuki Intruder vs1400

Items done :


Neck bearings and both wheel bearings
New rotors and pads
21”wheel -swapped on IA from a members vs800
New rubber- pirrelli m66 - might go back to metzlers we’ll see
Custom rear fender, chopped, shaved, re shaped added rear seat stud
Hard tail struts
Stock head pipes with Big City Thunder baffles and turn outs- all wrapped
Shaved and inserted gel pad then refinish seat
LED headlight conversion -huge difference!
Designer Clutch Springs- must have
BiltWell Frisco mini apes and grips
Side mount plate holder- custom welded to the strut.
New filters and fluids - oil, brakes clutch -grease shaft u joint and rear hub oil, plugs and battery.
New tank bushings and riser bushings
Head and taillight only shaved blinkers and mounts front or rear.
Re position all wires and relays under the seat and into the side tins.

More to come soon.... Thinking about doing a air ride suspension front and rear as well as UnCorking the beast..
I have already read everything there is and am confident in my carb and tuning skills - Syncing is SUUUUCH FUN ---Not... but Im pretty dam quick at it now lol
Only question would be about jet sizes because of being at Altitude as I am in Denver and do 90% of my riding here. I will share as those things happen as this forum has been a life saver many a times over!!!
