Does any of the bibles teachings state that we get a free ticket to God or Jesus, if we die by killing someone that doesn't believe what is told in the scriptures, or, as a result of being killed while attempting to kill someone?

No, but you might try the koran. I can't really say I'm glad you asked, since I was hoping you had read the New Testament. Once you understand the Gospel, then you can take on the Old Testament.
Love one another as I have loved you, and Love your neighbor as yourself was what Jesus said to do, this cannot be that hard to understand. These simple instructions leave no room for anything more than common sense.
