St. Jerome (347-420) seems to have anticipated both me and master graham.
"It is no fault of Christianity that a hypocrite falls into sin" - letter 125
Lately I have been struggling to keep my hypocricy to a minimun.
"Neither Britian, a province full of tyrants, nor the people of Ireland, knew Moses and the prophets." - letter 133
Fred said in a recent post that we have only had police for 150 years, but Christ mentioned the law and the prophets some time back. I am American/Irish.
As we clearly see now, master graham and I are indeed kindred spirits, we have both sinned. I hereby renounce any allusion to real or imagined superiority.
