Re: name the movie?
That's a tough question because Jimmy Stewart was in every movie ever made.

Re: name the movie?
Ok Steward rode the same horse in 5 movies.
Know the name of this horse?
They said Henry Fonda painted a picture of the horse, and gave it to Jimmy.
He said the bald headed Yule B. rode the same horse in the Mag 7 movie...
Jimmy did not like it much.

Dad sold all our horses and sheep before I started school. He was a natural wrench and liked tractors a lot more. The only horse I rode five times I had to put money in! We watched the Sat. morning westerns and Roy Rogers chased the same bad guy by the same trees two or three times before he dived off Trigger and they fell on the ground. A few licks back and forth and Roy all ways won. After awhile I pulled for the bad guy! I liked Pat's jeep Nellie bell better than the horses.

Used to frequently ride The Mohave and in Victorville saw Trigger. Stuffed. Made me sad even in my 50’s to recall how as a child seeing that beautiful creature so many times on film. And Roy was one hell of a rider, King of The Cowboys.

Roy Rogers was good friends with the owner of the G.M. Dealership I worked at in Victorville. He brought his trucks and Dale's car to us for service while visiting the owner. Great guy, very cordial & very down to earth. Really liked him......
Their museum in Victorville is long gone now. Sad to see it go, was a wonderful place to visit.

Nice old Indian. Guess it was about new then? The half leaf front spring was replaced around 39/40 on the v-twins but the in line four that this looks to be may have had them till the end. They did not make the four any more when start up again after WWII.
