The "glass" is plastic - I would only remove it if you were going to oven bake the paint on the MC....
or if it's leaking....or you were replacing due to crazing, etc.

A smear of RTV behind the "glass" will prevent leaks.

Well results that start a new carrer based in the home town takes even more time than been a trucker.
So I dissasemble the MC for the clutch, no scoring, the gasket was placed correctly, and I had no leaks.
So I am going to ask for a used MC and a rebuilding kit.
What is the best rebuilding kit out there?
More RPMs please :putput:

Personally,...I would go with OEM.

Have had zero issues with them....can't say the same for the cheapies found elstwhere.

Yes, the First One with the Suzuki trademark..."S"...is OEM.

The other kit might work. I cannot speak as to it's longevity/quality, but since you have it, why not, eh? :dunno:

This site is pretty handy - you can search by model or by part number. It will tell you which bikes the part fits:

https://www.cmsnl.com/

FYI - that rebuild kit fits over 200 models.

So I order used master cylinders brake and clutch used, I dessasemble the clutch one and cleaned it, I hit it with brakes parts cleaner and to my surprise they had a clear coating on them, now is gone, should I use 2k spray clear coat or leave them alone?

I would spray them with a clear coat. makes it easier to keep them clean and corrosion free.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

With out that clear coat the polished aluminum would oxidize if not protected
Honda used to sell Aluminum specific clear coat but I dont think they do any more
Eastwood my sell it but be sure it is for aluminum
You may have decent luck with any clear coat
