Not Bullshit....but such derogatory insult is your usual MO. Upping the effective charging absolutely DOES remove the reason you state that you raised you idle speed. And,...NOT grinding the gears absolutely IS better than not doing so. Might be wise to get yourself some Mechanical Experience before posting such a LACK thereof.

I have talked to a lot of 1500 owners and not one of them has complained about the charging system. Has anyone else heard of this issue?

I "recognize" that the Larger Stator I installed is THE BEST fix for the need for more charging on both the 1400's and 1500's

It's not just the stator on the 1500. It's the wiring set-up as well as the inherent low charging at low rpm which is endemic with the permanent magnet stator system.

I mean - it's great you "fixed" your 1400, but it's not a 1500. The charging problems with the 1500 are pretty much specific to that bike.
