I say drag this story out,....file no charges so o-fuking-bamasshole can't pardon the bitch.
Then when that rat-bastard is out of office charge her, convict here,... and make her an example.
The military has a time limit on how long they can wait to charge someone and then how long they can wait to actually try them.
Back in the late 90's we had a guy busted with meth. He was charged and scheduled to be tried, something came up and there wasn't enough people available in the Judge Advocates Offce to try him. We had to do Office Hours, and put him out on an Admin Discharge (less than honorable), because it was either that or the time ran out and he would get off scott free.
One thing about the UCMJ, there are time limits on everything.
I really don't know what these time limits are, but we are talking no more than 5 months until that Rat Bastard gets OUT of office. Surely, there are ways to stretch things out.
Just do what the fuking left-wingers do and disregard the Laws and do whatever you want.

She'd spit in the food.
have her cleaning the trash cans..the dirty work no one wants to do
Put her in an engine room while the ship is at sea. She'll find out real quick she made a mistake. They could also use her as a dummy for a man overboard drill. Throw her ass overboard a few times might also drill into her head she made a big mistake. Especially when watching that ship sail on a few times. Of course it takes a mile to completely stop a ship depending on the speed and size of the ship.
I keep thinking the best thing the Navy can do to her for her actions is 6 months to a year in the brig and a dishonorable discharge. That dishonorable discharge will follow her around for the rest of her life. I would guess after a few years of not finding a good job because of it she would become just another person sucking on the government teat for the freebies they get. Too bad there isn't a way to make sure she is never able to sign up for it. [space]

Taking a page from football player Colin Kaepernick’s playbook, a former Navy intelligence specialist recently refused to stand for the national anthem during morning colors. [space] Note that we said “former.” Petty Officer 2nd Class Janaye Ervin was promptly stripped of her security clearance, assigned to menial labor for a few days, then shown the exit hatch.
On Sept. 19, Ervin refused to stand for the anthem while on reserve duty at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii. She claimed she was trying to make a statement about the persecution of blacks in America, the International Business Times reported.
“I just didn’t want to stand at that moment,” Ervin said. “I can’t stand for this song knowing that the song isn’t for me, being black. The song doesn’t represent me at all. To be honest, I never really thought about the flag my entire life, I had no reason to. It’s just a flag.”
We’ll just let you chew on that for a moment.
The next day, Ervin was read her rights before being given a warning about potentially compromising her security clearance — one that she needed for both her civilian and military jobs. Within 24 hours, she was stripped of her clearance and escorted out of her secure workplace. Ervin claimed she wasn’t informed which order she was violating.
Really?
It’s the 10th general order for sentries, which is taught in Navy boot camp. You memorize the 11 general orders until they are burned into your brain. Violation of any one of them is subject to Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and is subject to whatever punishment is decided by court-martial. That’s how the military works, and for good reason. Everyone knows it going in.
On Sept. 21, Ervin decided to go public. She posted to Facebook, “The Navy has decided to punish me for defending the Constitution and has taken away my equipment I need to do my Naval job,” according to PopularMilitary.com.
Let’s set this straight: The Navy didn’t take anything from her. She forfeited it when she decided to disobey a general order.
The Washington Post reported that a petition was started to keep black service members out of jail for refusing to stand for the national anthem.
Yeah, like we should encourage that.
While the U.S. Navy was not pursuing charges, they did not have much to say on the matter. A Navy Reserve Forces spokesperson said only that “Petty Officer Janaye Ervin has fulfilled her obligation of enlistment and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy.”
When you’re a sailor, the Navy is your boss. You may disagree with the rules all you want, but you never, never break them.

And that honorable discharge is more than she deserved. It should have been a dishonorable discharge.

The Navy may have considered that I'm sure but probably decided to not take it to a completely racist act.
All the political correctness bullshit has truly fucked up our country and the way people should be thinking.
Yo-
Intelligence is just the right thing to have, to render yourself extinct.
BECAUSE OF THE LAST EIGHT YEARS OF LIES AND BULLSHIT , A CERTAIN PART OF THE BLACK POPULATION HAVE SUDDENLY BECOME AWARE OF HOW UNFAIR AMERICA IS TO THEM, ALL OF IT, TOTAL FICTION.

Luck & Experience:
You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck
Back in the 60's when I was in uniform we held a party of sorts for people like that. Fill socks with bars of soap then whup on them real quick while they were sleeping in their bunk. Justice.
“Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury…
Signifying nothing”
Signifying monkey, stay up in your tree. Always lying and signifying, but you better not monkey with me.

If she had got a dishonorable discharge that would have followed her around like a millstone around her neck every time she applied for a job she would have thought a little more about her protesting and what it cost her. And that blanket party wouldn't have been a bad idea.

She will never be able to hold a job that requires a security clearance. What company would want to hire someone that wouldn't follow military regulations. For damn sure she wouldn't follow their rules.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.
